I made up a brief list for Spencer's meals: Sliced carrots, peas, broccoli, celery with a guacamole dip. Yoghurt lollipops, berries with natural yoghurt. Peanut butter or cream cheese spread onto sticks of celery with raisins sprinkled on top. Omelette with fruits, nuts and vegetables (eggy face!). Whole wheat muffins. Wholegrain tortilla wrap with scrambled eggs stuffing. Fruit sorbet. Fruit Smoothies (natural yoghurt or soy milk and any fruit). Popcorn. Creamy banana wrap (with honey, spread over warmed wholegrain tortillas). Homemade mini pizza (whole wheat crust). Homemade granola bars. Homemade healthy cookies (oatmeal raisin, etc). Quesadillas, wholegrain burritos, filled with baked beans and cheese. Spinach or brown rice bollitos (eggs, whole wheat flower and cheese). Soy hamburgers. Polenta.
